Individual Therapy
I take a deeply person-centered, neuroaffirming approach with clients navigating ADHD, AuDHD, and complex or attachment trauma—like childhood abuse, neglect, sexual trauma, or rigid religious upbringings. Together, we quiet the inner critic, untangle the past, and explore what it means to trust yourself (and maybe even other people). You lead the way—I’m just here to walk beside you.
Chronic Pain
Therapy
Living with chronic pain can feel like a full-time job—with zero vacation days. Whether you’re navigating flare-ups, fatigue, or the frustration of not being believed, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer therapy that honors your body’s limits, your lived experience, and your right to rest. We won’t “fix” the pain—but we can make life with it more manageable, more compassionate, and maybe even laugh along the way.
Group Therapy
I currently run a bi-weekly group for women living with chronic pain—because healing is hard, but it’s better with snacks, laughter, and people who get it. I’m always cooking up new groups and workshops too, so stay tuned... or send me your dream group idea and let’s make it happen!
Consultations for Therapists
I provide consultation for therapists wanting to better support clients living with chronic pain and complex diagnoses. You'll get practical tools—like handouts on neurostructural changes, chronic pain “language,” and strategies for navigating medical burnout—with a healthy dose of humor and a deeply person-centered lens. Think: science meets empathy meets real-world advocacy.
EMDR Therapy
Offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. EMDR is a powerful and effective treatment approach for trauma recovery.
My Approach
Taking a trauma-centered and person-centered approach, I aim to help you find your authentic self. With a touch of humor and understanding gained from firsthand experience, I provide a safe space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we'll work on calming your nervous system, building self-awareness through somatic body work, vagus nerve engagement, mindfulness, and acceptance. It’s all about you, just as you are!

About Alicia Neeley
As a therapist who’s lived with chronic pain, ADHD, and the layered mess of complex and relational trauma, I don’t just talk about growth—I’ve been there (and yes, I’ve cried in my own therapist’s office more times than I can count). With over 15 years "on the other side of the couch/screen" as a client, I bring deep empathy, lived insight, and a steady belief that learning to trust yourself and others is possible—even if it sometimes feels like untangling fairy lights in the dark. You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here for the messy, brave, and beautiful work of becoming you.
